The 2022 IKCC Global Patient Survey on kidney cancer is now CLOSED

All kidney cancer patients and carers were invited to share their experiences and insights in the online survey.

The survey was designed to identify geographic differences in patients’ experiences. It will help to highlight best practices and unmet needs related to access to care, quality of life, the prevalence of shared decision-making, and involvement in clinical trials. In 2022, the survey also explored how patients perceived active surveillance, eligibility and access to genetic testing, and patients’ preferences related to imaging following kidney cancer surgery.

The success of the survey depends on the participation of patients and carers. Thank you for taking the time and sharing your experiences.

The headline results from the survey can be found on the IKCC website here. These results were presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology Genitourinary Cancers (ASCO GU) Symposium in February 2023.
