OPTIC: Views on OPTimising Immune Checkpoint inhibition in cancer
Welcome
Would you like to join a small discussion group for a new research study to help shape cancer clinical trials?
Researchers are looking for volunteers to take part in a small online discussion group to talk about their views on the way that immunotherapy medicines are given for cancer. Your views could help shape future cancer research trials.
They currently want to talk to:
- People who have or have previously had kidney cancer, melanoma (a type of skin cancer) or non-small-cell-lung cancer (you do not need to have received immunotherapy drugs to take part) OR
- People who have been carers for someone with one of these types of cancer
You can find all of the information about the study in the participant information sheet by clicking here or you can read the participant information sheet on the OPTIC website by clicking here or on the image opposite.
If you would like to take part, please complete the consent form attached here.
Thank you for considering joining this research study.
The next focus group for people with kidney cancer will take place online as follows:
- Tuesday 23 May 2023 at 7 pm
If you would like to find out any more information or apply via email, please contact the trial team on: mrcctu.optic@ucl.ac.uk
