The 2024 IKCC Global Patient Survey on Kidney Cancer and Growths is now OPEN

 All kidney cancer patients and carers are invited to share their experiences and insights in the online survey.

Action Kidney Cancer and the International Kidney Cancer Coalition (IKCC) have launched the 2024 Global Patient Survey on Kidney Cancer and Growths. It is open to anyone who has received a diagnosis or is a carer. We’re encouraging people in our community to take a few minutes to share their experiences.

The information gathered helps local patient organisations, like Action Kidney Cancer, and the IKCC create education, awareness and advocacy programmes that accurately respond to the needs of people affected by kidney cancer. It explores geographic differences in patients’ experiences related to access to care, quality of life, clinical trials and more. People who completed previous surveys are invited to participate again. Completing the survey biennially helps understand how the patient experience is changing over time.

New in 2024

Participating in the survey has always had the potential to make a difference to the lives of people affected by kidney cancer. This year, you can help in one more way. For every survey completed, the IKCC will allocate one Euro to the Seed and Grow Pilot Project Fund, up to a maximum of 2,000 Euros. The Pilot project will fund the projects of IKCC Partner Organisations in lower- and middle-income countries (LMIC) that focus on kidney cancer in their country or region.

The survey will close on 15 November 2024.
