Friends of Renal Oncology Group (FROG)

The Friends of Renal Oncology Group (FROG) provides information and support in a friendly and informal group. They also host interesting and informative speakers, ranging from medics with the latest information on therapies and treatments, to practical advice on subjects as diverse as dealing with side effects to getting travel insurance. Kidney cancer patients, family and friends are all welcome to attend in-person meetings in Oxford or virtual meetings via Zoom.

3 Counties Kidney Cancer Patient and Carers Group

3 Counties Kidney Cancer Patient and Carers Group (3CKC) operates in the counties of Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. The group meets every two months. All kidney cancer patients and their families are welcome to attend face-to-face meetings to share experiences, chat to other patients and make new friendships. Basildon Uro-oncology Group Support (BUGS)

BUGS is a new free support group for both men and women who have been affected by a diagnosis of a urological cancer. Urological cancers can affect the kidney, bladder, prostate, testicles and penis. You may have been recently diagnosed, undergoing treatment or even finished treatment.

Come along and listen to guest speakers, share your experience and get support. They welcome all urology cancer patients and encourage you to bring your family or friends with you.

The group meets on the first Thursday of every month at Laindon Community Centre, Aston Road, Laindon, SS15 6NX from 6pm till 8pm.
