Trial Management Group (TMG)

A committee of trial researchers who are responsible for the trial set-up, the day-to-day running of the trial, and the release of any trial results or publications. To ensure that the study is conducted safely and scientifically, the TMG should include members from all the necessary specialties, e.g. doctors, nurses, trial and data managers, statisticians and patient/public representatives.
