Gary Wigglesworth was diagnosed with kidney cancer two years ago, without any signs or symptoms. In April 2023, he underwent a radical nephrectomy to remove his left kidney. He is now clear of cancer and living life differently because of his experience. He feels blessed, lucky and grateful, and would like to do his bit to help others through similar challenging times.

On 2 June, Gary and three friends will be riding 346 km along the Trans Pennine Trail to challenge themselves and raise funds for Action Kidney Cancer to help improve the lives of those affected by kidney cancer.
